This is an outdoor rug that lasted 3 months! I had to contact Amazon 5 times, the seller 3 times even the manufacturer 2 times. The end result is “as it’s over 30 days it is out of warranty” I have an expensive, fraying rug and no one is going to do a thing about it. My last outdoor rug from Home Depot lasted 10 years with no issue and was much less expensive. I am disgusted with Amazon, I have been their customer for many, many years and purchased thousands of dollars with them! The third party seller moreNbest discuss nothing, no help, and send you to the manufacturer, they cannot help as they are not the retailer. Disgusting business conduct!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not use and waste your hard earned money.
