She (11 year old), loves it. Was a little hard for her to punch through construction paper. She started punching the wrapping paper which is much thinner. The wrapping paper was much easier to punch, embossing much crisper & the pattern on the paper gives an artsy effect. WinnerI bought for this for my daughter's 100th day project, we punched out 100 owls to symbolize that she is 100 days wiser ;) Excellent quality, worth the money...cuteLove this punch! I can either squeeze gently to produce an embossed owl that stays attached to my project or squeeze hard and cut an embossed owl out to attach to other materials.I have 30 punches and this is poor and expensive in comparison. It does not punch cleanly and I have tested it with different types of paper and card. It is fiddly and time consuming to use with each shape, when successful, having to be prised out of the card/paper leaving frayed edges that have to be trimmed with scissors. I was under the impression that this was a good brand but this is the first and last one I will purchase and considering returning.Excellent product. I am now able to create my own punched owls for craft-work. The punch is easy to use and creates professional embossed small owls.Up to the standard I have come to expect from a Martha Stewart product. Nice size ,lovely detail andvery crisp embossed detail.Good punch but waited quite. Time for delivery.Bought as a gift and it was loved
