I typically wear the 9.5N. I bought the MED to see how my inserts and sock wearing would fit for cold days. My insert fits great and I can wear with barefoot, thin socks, and thicker socks. I am pleased.The most comfortable shoes! I was able to walk a long distance with no problem thanks to the Shoes. I Love Them!!!!But that doesn't mean it's not for you. I found that they ran a bit small. But they also looked ridiculous on me. Ageing does weird things to your legs and feet.. at 67.11, plus having added nearly 25lbs during quarantine etc..add a mobility disability, well these were *not* flattering in me. But, so what? If you're younger, or just fit with good legs these cd look great on you! Id suggest going up a half- size and perhaps add some width as well. It's a Good quality shoe no matter what else.My elderly mom loves these. 2nd pair we have bought for her. She gets extremely swollen ankles and has a bad back. She doesn’t have to bend over to put them on and they never interfere when her ankles swell
