Martha is such a great teacher on her cooking segments. She's calm, low key and relaxing in the ways she explains and demonstrates cooking procedures. All the recipes on this disc are really good, a great selection. I love watching how she does things, showing how cooking can be so easy and simple, in the way she goes about it. Highly recommend this DVD, will buy more of hers, well worth having them.
