There us green and dark blue glitter in this paint and that is what you see when it dries. No pale blue color ever shows no matter how many coats you apply. I painted black metal with it though, so maybe I should have primed it with white first?Very very good product and shipping was quick. This isn't for adding over gold or bright silver painted things, and looks like specs dirt on anything cream or white. You have to get up close to see it glitters if applied over bright, bold colors because from a distance, it easily appears to be scratches on a surface... But if you apply this to a pewter or truly antique silver object or similar hued paint color, it is MARVELOUS. I cannot stop gazing at the magical transformation it offers to the color of glitter it coats. (Obviously I bought the antique silver color) So match the color of glitter to the same shade you intend to use as a base and I recommend it!!! I will be purchasing an array of colors. I am incredibly impressed. The glitter is very fine and dispenses evenly. I only added a second coat because I wanted bling.Although the description says this is white, it is almost transparent with glitter. I have used it on several things after painting them the desired color; I use this over the colored paint to add a sheen and shine. You can add more coats for more glitter effect. I love it to add a special affect to special items. It goes on easily.Glitter blue or Lupsa color is see through it’s not a solid blue. It worked for my project, painting a mason jar but I wish I figured it out before painting and I would’ve used a white base coat. Overall pretty color and worked for me.I bought this paint for a set of Christmas lights that have green wiring. I'm going to use them with gold/white tinsel, so I needed to tone the green down. The gold paint doesn't really cover the green very well. There is a lot of sparkly glitter, just not a lot of gold. It is supposed to be self priming and used on multiple purposes including plastic. I am using a foam brush and it is taking multiple coats. I think I should have just used plain gold paint and added glitter if needed.I love the color and sprinkles in the paint.Very dynamic.. you can paint it on so it’s still see through, or solid gold glitter. A little goes a long way. Though I used the whole bottle to achieve this look.Genuine product, took a little while for delivery but to be expected due to shipping from USA. Would order again :)Not the red I was looking for its quite watery too. Comes out more of a maroon colour.Very workable material, and great colour too!The best glitter!gorgeous
